We had a great experience with the gentleman who took care of our order....But the service at the San Bruno office was below standard & therefore, we drove all the way to San Carlos & we had a very positive experience buying our phones there. Great service!

Local stores ran out of Pro Max’s the Friday after they came out and by the next Wednesday different stores in the area started having a few available. Checking the Best Buy app or Best Buy website for availability was very helpful and accurate.
