“Hello, we are currently on Sprint but want to move to ATT. Challenge is we do not own the phones. We can leave the contract but will not have phones to trade in. How does this affect the offer for iPhones. Can’t get away from Sprint fast enough”

as long as you return your phones to sprint, ATT wants to port over your number and that’s it, if you own your device that’s a plus and can be used for trade in value to bring your att bill down with activation fees and stuff
