We bought the iPhones on the day after the release day and the store where we bought them had a good supply of iPhones 11s. We had a great experience with the gentleman who took care of our order....But the service at the San Bruno office was below standard & therefore, we drove all the way to San Carlos & we had a very positive experience buying our phones there. Great service!

Stores receive daily drop shipments that normally have a few. Local stores ran out of Pro Max’s the Friday after they came out and by the next Wednesday different stores in the area started having a few available. Checking the Best Buy app or Best Buy website for availability was very helpful and accurate.
