- Answer ABSOLUTELY! They are HANDS DOWN THE BEST place to go to take care of that. Remember to take your Apple Password with you and they are able to do that! I don’t believe there is a fee, but I am not 100% certain. Since I pay for iCloud I easily have access (with my password) to my information and it makes things very smooth! 5 out of 5 stars!

- Answer I upgraded my very old phone last month and the Best Buy associate helped me to transfer all my data to the new IPhone 12. I had no issues and would highly recommend their help. I also have Verizon and purchased it on my Verizon account at Best Buy so that might be an option for you as well. Either way I am sure the Best Buy associate will be very helpful. My guy was knowledge, respectful and answered all my questions. Good luck.
