A:AnswerABSOLUTELY! They are HANDS DOWN THE BEST place to go to take care of that. Remember to take your Apple Password with you and they are able to do that! I don’t believe there is a fee, but I am not 100% certain. Since I pay for iCloud I easily have access (with my password) to my information and it makes things very smooth!

A:AnswerI upgraded my very old phone last month and the Best Buy associate helped me to transfer all my data to the new IPhone 12. I had no issues and would highly recommend their help. I also have Verizon and purchased it on my Verizon account at Best Buy so that might be an option for you as well. Either way I am sure the Best Buy associate will be very helpful. My guy was knowledge, respectful and answered all my questions. Good luck.
A:AnswerI would think so but have you called Verizon and asked them that would be easy or go to Verizon prepaid see if your phone is compatible. Pretty simple
