I upgraded my very old phone last month and the Best Buy associate helped me to transfer all my data to the new IPhone 12. I had no issues and would highly recommend their help. I also have Verizon and purchased it on my Verizon account at Best Buy so that might be an option for you as well. Either way I am sure the Best Buy associate will be very helpful. My guy was knowledge, respectful and answered all my questions. Good luck.
