“Will i be able to physically pick up an iphone 12 pro from Best Buy on October 23rd, the day it's released, or is Best Buy getting them a week later on the 30th? It says in the description that pick up (or even delivery) is "by the 30th."”

From what I know over the years you would have had to pre order phone to get after launch. This next week which would be end of month would be stocked items for pick up . Hopefully answered question. But call store anyhow to see if they ordered more stock.
