I paid for it at purchase at BestBuy. Kept with Verizon. Great BestBuy staff transferred all contacts, etc off my BlackBerry and signed up with Verizon. Verizon stores were generally a nightmare in previous experiences. And, then Verizon hits us with a surprise $20 fee because I switched at efficient BestBuy rather than be aggravated at a Verizon store which would also be logistically inefficient.
