I believe that you will just be paying for your service with your carrier. For example, you could pay $45 monthly for unlimited, amongst other things. You will have to pay that and any other local taxes and fees.

There are a LOT of them! They depend on the number of users and the level of service you select. The cost can be as low as $25 per month or as high as $79 per month for a single line. Family plans multiply from there. See att. com for details or another supplier.
