• You have to pay the sales tax when you get or order your phone. When your done with payments the phone is yours. It is not a lease. This will be the third phone I had done with At&T this way.

• I had to pay $300 down for a post paid account from AT&T which isn’t bad at all. I was originally charged $700 from the actual AT&T site.
