Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It's dual sim but there's only one physical slot for one physical nano sim card. The e-sim is a digital sim that stores your carrier and account info digitally to your phone without using an actual physical card. Setting up the e-sim depends on your carrier you plan to use. If you have a sim card installed as well as a e-sim activated plan you'll have extra settings available to you such as naming each line and setting the default one to use. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT209044
