You must place an order with a monthly plan data then it will be setup successfully, yes in some words, it’s gonna arrive on the exact shipping date with a monthly plan already. Note this ! before you checkout you must choose to accept the payment method of monthly pay from the Options of PAYMENT METHOD If you choose to buy it separately,you must choose Pay fully price from the PAYMENT METHOD options before you checkout , Thank you.
