A:AnswerNo boost is now owned by dish network actually. You would have to buy an unlocked device or buy from boost. I believe buying straight from apple they are unlocked and can be used anywhere. Good luck I hope boost works better in your area then it does mine! Limited service for quite awhile and now their “expanded network” has no service at all :-)
A:AnswerYou would have to have it unlocked, it will be sim locked to sprint/T-Mobile. I don’t know their stipulations for unlocking a device some have to be in good standing and active on an account for at least 12 months. Learned the hard way with my 12, thought it was unlocked until I checked the settings, my fault because it does say it isn’t unlocked in the specs/description.
