I don’t know why not, call Verizon and ask. I just bought one and when I bought it, it asked for my Verizon info, they sent the SIM card with it, already set for my account. I am sure they will charge their activation charge of 35.00. But I just followed the steps on my phone and it worked perfectly, to do it myself.
