Before I have a iPhone 13 pro I had a iPhone 12 pro so I use it in Istanbul for like two weeks and I had a no problem so but this one lock by the Verizon but I use it in Istanbl three months ago so I don’t know if the iPhone 13 pro over there but you can buy the iPhone 13 pro unlock from my Apple store and you don’t have any problem over there
