• No they don't do that anymore. But all you do is put the phones "side by side" and they do it without you or anyones help....They really ARE Smartphones these days...

• Yes ! Best Buy will move everything for you and you will be set to go. When my husband and myself got our IPhone 13 they loaded what was on our old phone to the new. In fact my husband lost his IPhone 12 and they were able to still down load to his new. They answered all our questions about the phone. Great service.
