Yes it will be unlocked.  I purchased T-Mobile version and paid in full during checkout to get unlocked iPhone. As far as I know, all iPhone comes unlocked except for AT&T next plan.

No it’s going to be for AT&T if you pay for it for it full You have to get it unlocked version if you don’t want it from AT&T

As far as I can tell, no. I just got off the phone with a representative who said that when you buy a phone from Best Buy, you are bound to a contract through whatever carrier you choose. They don’t sell the unlocked versions. I was told I would have to buy the phone directly from Apple if I want it unlocked.

No, it is locked to AT&T. Best Buy doesn’t sell unlocked iPhones.
