• You have to be with one of the main carriers (Verizon, Att, Sprint, T-mobile) to buy on Best Buy. You can get it unlocked with Apple.

• At BestBuy, no, unfortunately. They do not sell unlocked iphones which are what you would require to place the device on cricket.
