• Yes you can no problem at all they will gladly take that off your hands and you get money for your old phone which lowers your monthly bill if you do the contract of 36 months

• Yes they can do anything for you that your carrier can do and probably give you more options because they can offer deals from all carriers.

• You can do either. AT&T will give you a bill credit or Best Buy will give you a gift card.
