• Yes, I bought my iPhone 14 pro max last month at Best Buy. They transferred ALL my stuff from my IPhone 6S plus within 20 min in a smooth manner to my new phone. Hats off to Best it for doing that. All the best! ST.

• This can be done in store or at home. It takes about an hour. It only requires that the phones both be on and placed next to each other to transfer. It’s simple to do but does take some time.

• Service stays intact! Very easy. When turning on new iPhone you just hold next to old phone and all your data transfers with your Apple ID to the new phone. I was impressed. Takes a little while to download everything as expected but you have to do no set up, other than like Face ID and such. Hope this helps!
