• You can always take the phone to a Best Buy store along with charger and charging cable to Customer service desk and they will give you a gift card that you can in turn use to put a payment against the new phone. Phone will need to be fully paid off but does not need to be unlocked. Make sure it is reset and iCloud removed before you head to the store.
