Hi there, To buy an unlocked iPhone, you can't buy it from Best Buy right now. Best Buy only sells carrier-locked iPhones. You can buy an unlocked one directly from Apple. Once you have an unlocked iPhone, you can use it with any carrier that supports GSM or CDMA networks. I hope this info helps!
