“Please tell me the Requirements to unlock this phone while paying for it, it is posible? For example if I'm planning to travel overseas will I be able to unlock it and use it in any other country. Using at&t or verizon carriers? Thanks in advance.”

ATT dont let you unlock the phone until you completely pay for it. Until you pay for it, then that is the only time they will let you unlock it.
