• I would contact bestbuy mobile. Typically they aren't as swamped as the traditional store and have much more experience than the store, seeing that they are mobile and do this all day. I called the local stores for several months and they NEVER had them. Very frustrating. Finally called The mobile store in the mall and BAM, hooked up! Good luck!

• I called them before i went to the store. It wasnt easy the first week when IPhone came out. Now, you'll definitely find it in any best buy store.
