• No the plan is a dollar, then you add 20 some dollars to your plan per month for 2 years to pay off the phone.

• Pay $1. The plan is way more $$$ depending on the plan.

• Phone was actually $1. You do have to pay the sales tax on the actual retail cost of the phone and extend your Verizon contract for two years AND there was an extra $40 activation fee when my next phone bill came.
