Yes but Verizon is starting to eliminate the 2 year program. It's cheaper than the new program so do it quickly it you want to save money

No you can not. If you sign a two year contract you will not be able to keep the unlimited data plan with Verizon.

No, Verizon will not grandfather your unlimited data plan if you sign a new contract. If you want a new phone and want to keep the unlimited data plan, you will need to buy a phone at full price.
