They do it all in the store. You can even change your plan there if you need to.

Best buy is a one stop shop. They can do it all. Change plans. Upgrade phone, just sell unlocked phone. Just call your local best buy and make sure they offer mobile service.

They set it up for you at Best Buy. Do your research first (what kind of plan you want) with at&t and then go to the mobile station at best buy.
