• I received a new phone. It seems that some phones being shipped are brand new and others are returned phones that have been verified to work like new.

• It is most probably a refurb. You can see the same phone at the same price on the actual total wireless website here. New options cost more. https://shop.totalwireless.com/shop/en/totalwireless/phones/tw-iphone-6-grey-32gb-reconditioned If it seems too good to be true.....it generally is.
