This phone is locked to Total Mobile in the USA. It can be used on wifi to send emails in any country without an active Total Mobile account. Install a Total Mobile SIM card and update the software over wifi and all functions will work except phone calls and texting. You could sell it on Ebay in the USA to a Total Mobile customer as well.
