Yes I was offered several options for the phone as far as payments. I could add it to my my verizon bill, or i could put it on one of other credit cards or cash, or I could put on my best buy card for 12 months free fiance. I choose the latter for not only did i get free fiance for 12 months but if you are points reward member i got a 25$ reward certificate as wel. l

Initially you have to do the payment plan in order to get it for $300. Thereafter, you can contact Verizon customer service and pay the phone off in full.

We were able to put down a large "down payment" and only add a few cents to our bill each month. I'm not sure whether you can pay for it in full, though.
