Can I use this phone with my prepaid at&t plan null

This phone can be used with AT&T but not until you have had phone service with total wireless for 12 months or more. I bought this phone so that my son would be able to use his AT&T SIM card in but when we put in the sim we got the message that it was locked to a carrier so we called total and they told us we were not eligible for phone unlock until we’ve had the service on for 12 months. It will be better to find a phone that is already unlocked unless you would want to wait a year!
