Does this run on both GSM and CDMA null

Only Verizon phones come unlocked from factory so if Verizon is your carrier then yes, just change the sim card, go to settings and change the signal band and your set. Other carriers you might need to either root them or pay them off before carrier provides you with a code to unlock the phone...
