Is this phone unlocked to be used with any carrier? null

Yes, 7 and above are unlocked. We use mintsim.

Yes it is indeed unlocked and can be used with any Carrier ive gotten one for my mother and shes currently using Boost Mobile on it. Although on the lower end Carriers at firsttt you mayy see some minor issues but they will get resolved from using the network on it after about a week.

Yes, the phone is unlocked and I use with my Walmart family mobile.
