Okay. I m not a sprint employee. I m a sprint customer. I have been with sprint for 6 months. I have the iPhone 7 and I was thinking about upgrading my phone. I talk to customer service over the phone and asked about the 8. They told me once my phone is paid off I can get the 8. I don't hve to trade in my iPhone 7, I have the option of keeping it or trading it towards the purchase of an 8.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I was told by Best Buy mobile you can lease or pay installments, where you are buying the phone. So you can keep it at the end of 24 mo it's yours. The money you pay is toward paying the phone off not renting. But you can also upgrade. Idk how that part works.
