• Don't believe so, but the set up is extremely easy and Best Buy will give you literature with step by step instructions.

• Best Buy didn't have time on Black Friday to transfer data from the old phone but you should be abl4e to get the Geek Squad to do the set up necessary to get you up and running.

• If your backed up in the cloud, its easy to do it yourself for FREE. Everything transfers to your new phone automatically, but it takes about a day for photos to show up. I’m 70 yrs old and had no problem.
