upgrades with 8plus: has 1080p screen vs 750p screen on 8 (basically more pixels which makes for a clearer screen, although the 8 does have a brighter screen) 8plus has superior dual camera that the 8 doesn't have; hands down a better camera if that's a major selling point for you 8plus has a bigger screen which is better for viewing, however for me it was bulkier in my pocket so I stuck with the 8 256gb does seem like overkill, but I basically got that phone for the same price as the 64gb because Best Buy had it on sale; if it hadn't been on such a good deal, I probably stick with the 64gb.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The only difference I could tell, other than size, is the camera and I believe speed. I tend to use my phone a lot for on the go studying for school. I was going to get the plus just because it has a bigger screen. Had to get an iPad anyway for school, so I stuck with the easier to handle 8.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The Plus have a better camera, especially for low-light situations. It also has a bigger battery, so it lasts about 50% longer on call time or hotspotting. But its video time is not very different than the regular 8, because that big high-rez screen sucks up a lot of power.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The difference between the iPhone 8 and the plus variant is the size. The Plus is larger.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The Plus models are larger in dimensions, that is the only difference.
