It comes with the standard wall charger that you have to plugin to it. You have to buy the wireless charger yourself if that is what you mean.
You just buy the IPhone from a service provider and make monthly payments without any interest till it is paid off. That will depend though how good your Credit rating is first in order to do this.

Yes it comes with a charger as well as the adaptor and iphone ear buds. And depending on your provider yes!
