“Dealing with the two monthly payment options they say "with ATT Next" for 30 month plan and "with ATT Next Every Year" for 24 month plan, just what does that mean? ATT Next sounds like a plan change or something that might effect my current plan.”

Your plan doesn’t change but they add the payment for your phone on to your bill each month until it’s paid off. You can pay it off early if you choose to do so.
