Yes! You can always return your phone within the return period and upgrade to a different phone. The sales rep said it may take a day or so for your provider to reset your upgrade option, but you should have no problem returning it.

I believe you have 15 days to return the phone for the model you want. If you are an Elite Member it extends to 30 days. Just be sure the phone looks mas good as new.
