Hello, I believe you have to be 18 to enter into any sort of contract. However, you should check with AT&T. Also, you need to be able to know how you can pay for the bill for 30 months. It is a big responsibility. Since you are 14, maybe if you can promise to get good grades and do work around the house, you can get your parents to sign you up. Good luck!
