• You have to buy a mobile data plan from a carrier like (EX:) AT&T or T-Mobile they will set you up with your mobile data plan and your phone number

• After you choose the phone it will give you the option to choose a carrier. After that it will take you to the carrier page where you can choose on mobile plan and number.
