Usually it’s just $15 a month for 24 months to purchase a new phone if you have a Verizon phone but you are locked in with a contract for 2 years. When I added a new line it was free. They charge you $15 but give you a credit of the same amount. Even though it’s free they get you with monthly payments of an extra line over time. I added my parents to my plan and was able to get them a brand new phone for free.
