when purchased at the Best Buy store, they print out instructions and free mailing lables for you to snd back your current phone that needs to be returned.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I just did this in the store. The phone will be activated either pre programmed with sim already installed or can swap out the sim in current phone. I had new iPhone X for a week then wiped the older 8 and sent back for credit.
