I’ve always thought the same thing, no customer loyalty benefits from companies, like this or direct tv, etc, seems like the perks only go to the new customer. That’s why I just gave up and started service hopping. On everything from phones to electricity, to satellite. That’s the only way you can get a good deal anymore, unfortunately, is to either be a new customer, or a “please, we want you back” customer. It’s a hassle, but worth it.
