Best Buy will be happy to help you with any problems you have activating your new phone. They helped me when I purchased my 7 two years ago and I might need them when I activate my Xr.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you backed up you phone on iTunes I believe you can do it yourself. When setting up your new phone use the Apple ID you used on your 6 and it should transfer your stuff over
