- Answer If the Apple policy on trade-ins doesn’t care about cracks, you’ll be good. Check with Best Buy for their policy too. Otherwise they might deduct a bit for the broken screen. Next phone, get a good glass screen protector and a sturdy case. Better than a cracked display on an $800 iPhone. Oh, and don’t forget that iPhone X series has glass backs that cost even more to fix than the display!

- Answer Sprint is not a gsm network, at least currently, depending on their merger with t mobile. As for getting an unlocked phone I believe if it's paid off you can have Sprint unlock it to be used on any cdma Network or go to apple and pay an extra 100 for a fully unlocked no carrier phone that can be used on any network gsm or cdma I believe

- Answer All Verizon phones are unlocked by default. AT&T phones are locked until paid off AND you send AT&T a request to unlock.
