A:AnswerBest Buy doesn't stock iPhones locked to carriers however when an iPhone is activated on the AT&T network it's locked to the network by AT&T. If you own the iPhone outright and aren't making monthly payments on it you can contact AT&T and request the phone be unlocked. It will then work on any GSM or CDMA carrier like T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, etc. You would just need to get one of those carriers SIM cards.
A:AnswerNo, there is no age necessary for the plan but when you do buy the plan, if you buy the monthly you have to pay every month for it or you can just buy it without having to pay the months for more money.
A:AnswerI have a Best Buy Credit Card and was able to purchase my new iPhone on sale on my BB credit card and then make monthly payments till I pay it off or can pay it off earlier if I want. Hope this helps answer your question (I purchased the iPhone XR 64mg)
A:AnswerIf you plan on financing the phone, you just pay the taxes up front. The rest will be billed monthly depending on your payment plan. You can also pay the full price of the phone up front and not owe anything.
A:AnswerI’m not exactly sure what you’re asking, but I’ve been with AT&T for years. With their “Next” plan, you can upgrade your device anytime, breaking up the payments of the new device into 24-30 monthly installments, with no interest. There will still usually be an activation fee, but your existing AT&T calling/texting/data plan won’t change unless you change it.
The only “contract” involved is you paying the monthly installments on the phone itself, which are added to your monthly cell phone bill. When you upgrade again, if your phone hasn’t yet been paid off, you would have to pay whatever balance is remaining on it in order to get a new phone.
Hope that helps.
A:AnswerWhen I entered the store, I looked at the apple phones and was then taken to AT&T to purchase the phone. One stop shopping, no need go anywhere else. Great sales person who was more interested in providing me with the phone I wanted and needed and not the phone any store wanted to sell me. I would go back to Best Buy a thousand times, no need to go anywhere else. Customer first.
A:AnswerIt depends on how much you have left to pay but it can be traded in towards a new phone. My wife traded in her iPhone 8 and we both upgraded to iPhone XRs. The balance on the iPhone 8 was less than $300 and she had already paid enough months on it to be upgrade eligible. Consult your AT&T account or Best Buy online and you will be able to find out your eligibility.
A:AnswerYes, you can use Best Buy for any phone carrier. The people at Best are friendly and helpful . Went to 2 Stores and they wouldn’t give me the time of day let alone ask if I needed help- ignored me and my son over 10 minutes. Won’t go back to a store.
