- Answer Yes it has a sim card. I ordered mine on online but you can get it at the store if they have them. I had to pay tax and upgrade fee total of $57.

- Answer The same stuff comes with the phone as any other version of Apple iPhone. If this is your first time getting an Apple, charging cord, phone, ear buds corded, tool to remove SIM card. Of course you got the normal disclaimer paperwork with it. Hope this helps.

- Answer You can have it set up to be added to your current plan/bill...tell them what you want your monthly payment to be and they are really good at getting you close to that price point, while still getting you the new phone you desire.
