Best Buy will be happy to help you with any problems you have activating your new phone. They helped me when I purchased my 7 two years ago and I might need them when I activate my Xr.

Not sure if Best Buy will do it or not but you can do it by yourself. Very simple task. Make sure you doing a full backup on your old phone before. When the new phone starts you can restore from the old phone

Evie, I don’t believe Best Buy will transfer your information. It will either need to be backed up to the cloud or transferred to a computer.

If you backed up you phone on iTunes I believe you can do it yourself. When setting up your new phone use the Apple ID you used on your 6 and it should transfer your stuff over

there is an app at the app store called copy my data. Download it to both phones. Then place both phones on the same wifi network. It's quick and easy instructions will guide you through the steps of transferring contacts, data, and others.
