If you buy it on a Verizon plan then you will be paying all but the first payment directly to. Verizon who will mail you a bill or you can set up online access and pay the Bill that way. You usually pay a certain amount to Best Buy at the time of purchase (small amount that includes a set up fee except that Best Buy will often waive that approx $40 fee, which Verizon Stores generally don’t waive, so you often pay less in Best Buy). Sometimes Verizonwireless.com will have better deals online but often Best Buy beats them by waiving that $40 fee.
