A:AnswerThe iPhone XR is the size of your 7plus but with a full LCD screen, no button. The iPhone XS is the same size as last year’s iPhone X. The IPhone XS Max is an inch bigger than your 7 plus, full screen. It’s similar in size to a galaxy note 9.
A:AnswerThis model will lock to the first carrier SIM that you put in. For example, if you put an AT&T Sim in at first, then it will lock to AT&T. If you want to unlock the phone, then you will need to pay off your AT&T contract, and they will unlock it. If you buy the phone out right from Best Buy, you still have to call the carrier who it is locked to, to have them unlock it. The phone has no idea whether it was purchased on a contract or it was purchased out right. Therefore it always locks, and it is up to you to contact your carrier to have it unlocked.
A:AnswerYou cannot purchase the phone out right even after the release date at least 30-60 days after. Apple has restricted all stores from selling them out right. The only way you can get the phone preordered is if you go through your carrier. (Att Next Plan) If you want to purchase out right you have to purchase from Apple until they lift those restrictions. No, you cannot purchase the phone with the Best Buy credit card until Apple lifts the restricts, they want the money for the company if you’re going to buy outright and restricts others from gaining from it.
A:AnswerWhen you’re an ATT subscriber you have the option to pay for the unit straight up or you can use att next program where you would pay in a period of 24 months or 30 months. You pay taxes up front and the price of the unit will be divided evenly depending on the months of you choosing. With the 24months you can trade in your unit after 12 months.
A:Answer“Unlocked” phones off contact should be available at a later date. Best chances are just going in to a store most likely you will be able to just buy it at full price and pop your SIM card in and ready to go.
A:AnswerNo one knows their own product, or gives you better customer service than Apple themselves. Geek Squad is great, but they can’t touch Apple in this case.

A:AnswerIf your connected to WiFi, try rebooting your modem. Then try again. With WiFi calling selected, sometimes the wifi connection falters, therefore, dropped calls.
After rebooting your modem and problem persists, turn off your WiFi on your iPhone, then use as normally... If dropped calls stop happening, you'll know it's your internet service that's the problem.
If dropped calls are happening wherever you go, reevalute the carrier service that you have... You might want to try another service.
And if it continues to drop calls, next time your near an Apple store, drop by and have them check your device out. They're pretty good about taking care of you, even if they need to swap you with a new device...
AND POWER OFF YOUR PHONE AT LEAST TWICE A DAY. THIS HELPS KEEP YOUR PHONE RUNNING SWOOTHLY
A:AnswerIf you are under one of the trade up contracts, you must purchase the remaining balance before you can move to the XS. I was going to do the same thing but just bought the XS outright. That way it is unlocked too. Can use with any carrier in any country.
